Samsung Electronics signed a lease agreement to rent additional space in University Business Park in Łódź

Samsung Electronics, an international leader in new technologies, telecommunication and customer electronics, decided to rent additional 737 square meters of space in the University Business Park building. Thus, the company will occupy 1850 square meters of gross office space. Samsung Electronics will stay in the office building at least till 2018.

University Business Park is owned by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC). The building was commissioned to use in 2010 and provides 18 500 square meters of class A floor space. Tenants can arrange the space freely. Each floor has 2700 square meters. The building has opening windows, energy-saving lights, 6 high-speed elevators, suspended ceilings and fully automated air conditioning control. There are also green areas. Tenants can use 200 parking lots in a two-storey underground parking, guest have parking space outside the building. The safety of the users is ensured by 24-hour security, monitoring and controlled access. The building is located at Wólczańska Street 178, nearby the University of Technology, Manufaktura shopping centre and Atlas Arena indoor arena.

The building houses companies such as Accenture (1700 sq.m.), Mobica (1200 sq.m.) and PKP Informatyka (over 900 sq.m.).

The portfolio of GTC company, operating since 1994, includes many projects in the commercial property sector, such as Centrum Biurowe Kazimierz in Kraków, Globis in Wrocław and Centrum Biurowe Francuska in Katowicach.
