International recruitment consulting agency stays in Warsaw’s office building near Złota street.

PageGroup takes up 800 sq meters in Lumen office building. Recruitment consulting agency made a decision on renewing the lease contract in the building. During the transaction, the owner of the building was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle company.

Lumen is located in the very center of Warsaw, near Złota 59 street as the part of Złote Tarasy complex. In its direct neighbourhood, both Warsaw Central railway station and Centrum underground station are located.  The office building offers 23 500 sq meters of office space and consists of two buildings – A from western side and B from eastern side. They are connected with a glass passages. Office space in the building is located on eight floors and their users also have an access to four-level underground parking lot with 1600 parking posts. As the part of the investment, there are also three reception zones – from Aleja Jana Pawła II, Złota and Emilii Plater streets.  

PageGroup’s decision confirms that Lumen building is one of the most prestigious addresses in Warsaw. Leading Polish and international companies decide to locate their premises in the complex, which are searching for office space that is both modern and has got a good localization – says Anna Kaźmierska, Senior Consultant in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Office Agency.

The agent responsible for commercialization of space in Lumen and Skylight office buildings (the second one as the part of Złote Tarasy complex) is Jones Lang LaSalle.
