Almost 100 million zloty for the second stage of Aquarius Business House

Echo Investment Company has signed a final sales agreement concerned with the second state of the office block investment in Wrocław.

The combined value of the second stage of Aquarius Business House amounts to 22.7 million Euro, that is, 96.18 million zloty. The new owner of the building is the Spanish fund Azora Europe. The first stage of the investment was sold in July 2013 for 41.9 million Euro (about 181.3 million zloty) to the same buyer.

 

We are satisfied with completing the sales transaction of the second stage of Aquarius Business House. Thanks to its highest quality, this design has gained recognition of international companies, which decided to have their offices here. And this in turn makes it a very attractive product for the investment fund. The conditions of the transaction are rewarding for Echo Investment, it is also a very good investment for Azora Europe, says Waldemar Lesiak, vice-president of the management board of Echo Investment.

 

Aquarius Business House is located at the intersection of Borowska and Swobodna Street in Wrocław. The area of the investment is 100% rented. Until the end of 2017, the office block will be managed by Echo Investment Property Management, Echo Investment’s subsidiary company.

 

The complex was designed by the studio Arcad from Kielce. The users can make use of 410 parking places, 323 of which are located in the multi-storey car park, 37 - in the underground car park, and 50 - in car park outside the building. Many modern technological solutions are used in the building, such as high quality of telephone and Internet connections, as well as security and access control systems. The contractor of the core and shell state of the building was Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A.

 

Also, within the frames of the office team, the following functions were not forgotten: medical centre, lunch bar, restaurant, café, newsagent’s shop and fitness club. There are also special bicycle stations, changing rooms and showers. The tenants of the complex include: Tieto Poland, PwC, BNY Mellon, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Expander Advisors, Credit Agricole and Farmacja Plus.
