The first tenant of the new investment by Skanska Property Poland is Deloitte. Also, the offices of local divisions of Skanska will be located in the building.
Deloitte, represented during the transaction by Knight Frank, will take up 1335 sq.m of office space in the office block. Wrocław division of the company will be located in the building. The tenant will move to the building in October 2015. So far, the offices of Deloitte are located in the Grunwaldzki Center complex, built in 2009 by Skanska.

By changing the location of its office in Wrocław, Deloitte increases the rented area in connection with the development of our company’s business activities in Lower Silesia. Also, Wrocław divisions of Skanska will move to the office block, and they will take up almost 2400 sq.m. The new offices will be taken up in September 2015.
At the stage of earthworks, we already sign the first lease agreements. This is the proof that there is a great interest in the Dominikański building. Dominikański office block complex is under construction at the intersection of Piotra Skargi, Wierzbowa and Oławska Streets. It is currently the largest investment in Wrocław - it will offer about 40 000 sq.m. The users will have at their disposal 372 parking places on a 2-tier underground car park, and parking place for bicycles.
Currently, the works on applying the foundation slabs are nearing completion. External walls on the level -2 in the first building has already been made, while the works on the ceiling of this tier are currently in progress.
Dominikański is built in accordance with the requirements for the ecological certificate LEED. The building has already been awarded the Gold pre-certificate. The building was designed by the architectural design studio Medusa Group. Skanska S.A. is the general contractor, and Skanska Property Poland is responsible for the commercial use of the property. The first stage of constructing the building is to be completed in the second quarter of 2015.
