The company Regus was founded in 1989 and is a world-wide provider of flexible solutions in terms of workplace. The branch in Alchemia is the thirteenth one in Poland, but the first one in Trójmiasto. It will be opened in June 2014.
The company’s offer includes solutions such as business lounges, meeting rooms with video-conferences and individual workpods. One can also make use of virtual offices. Regus has its branches in over 1800 locations in 600 cities in 100 countries around the world. This year, the company also plans to open new outlets, among others, in Kraków and Katowice.
In Alchemia, Regus will be located on the fifth floor of Aurum Tower. The decision to open a branch here is related to the company’s programme of global expansion.
The first stage of Alchemia complex was officially opened in January 2014. It offers 16 700 sq. m of office space, while 4 600 sq. m was dedicated to recreation and sports centre. This stage of the investment is rented in 70 per cent. In December 2013, the construction of the second stage started. This stage will consist of 21 000 sq. m of offices and over 2 600 sq. m of accompanying space. This stage is to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015.
