The new headquarters of Air Products is located in the neighborhood of Warsaw Chopin airport. The company rented ca. 380 sq. m of area and it is going to move into the building at the beginning of the last quarter of the current year.
Air Products is a deliverer of industrial gases which functions on the area of over 50 countries in the world. The company hires ca. 21 000 people and it has its main registered office in the USA. The partnership was advised by DTZ company during the lease transaction.
GreenWings Offices structure received an use permit in May 2014 and the first tenants will move into the building in June. The building is certified in BREEAM system and it received Very Good grade. The investment is located at 17 Stycznia 48 Street and offers 10 850 sq. m of office space on seven tiers as well as modern conference center areas.
