Trevica partnership, owned by MasterCard Group, is going to move into an office and warehouse complex at Sobieski 104 Street in Warsaw on September this year. The company rented almost 1200 sq. m of space. Thanks to this transaction, the investment at Sobieski Street is rented in 100 per cent.
Sobieski 104 complex belongs to Capital Park Group and it is located in Dolny Mokotów in Warsaw. In the building’s neighbourhood are located headquarters of financial institutions, embassies and exclusive housing estates. The structure offers 3748 sq. m of space, which is divided into offices, meeting halls, social rooms and business premises.
Trevica S.A. will join the body of such tenants as: Ajinomoto Poland, Raiffeisen Polbank, PKO BP, Jeronimo Martins Drogerie i Farmacja and Żabka.
