Danzig Alchemia gains another tenant

MOL Europe company will occupy offices in a multifunctional Alchemia complex, located in Danzig.

New tenant of a business park, owned by Torus company, is MOL Europe partnership, which is an European branch of Japanese Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. container shipowner. The company hired 800 sq. m of space in Aurum office tower and is planning to arrange here its Shared Service Centre (SSC). The arrangement was made for a period of 5 years. During negotiations and building consulting the tenants were advised by CBRE experts.

New Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Danzig will be crucial in our activity, planning of load services, accounting processes and administrating of equipment in Europe. The choice of Tricity was not random. The local work market has many experienced specialists in both marine and logistic trade, who will provide a high quality of servicing our clients – commented Reiner Zimbalski, CEO of MOL department in Danzig.

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. is a big concern which operates in the industry of an international marine transport. The main headquarters of the partnership, functioning from 1884, is located in Tokyo. Within the whole group, 400 entities are functioning, which provide almost 10 000 work places all over the world.

The choice of Alchemia was dictated by many factors, such as central location, energetic safety and rich recreational and sports infrastructure located directly in the complex – explained Mariusz Wiśniewski, head of Tricity CBRE office.
