C.H. Beck for longer in North Gate

C.H. Beck publisher made a decision about extending a lease agreement of an office space in the North Gate building. During negotiations, it was represented by the Colliers International company.

C.H. Beck rents over 1500 sq. m of space in the North Gate building. The owner of the structure is Deka Immobilien investment fund.

We are very pleased with the fact that the C.H. Beck publisher cooperated with us again during the process of an office space selection. Currently, we are observing a great amount of renegotiations in Warsaw. The increasing supply as well as the pressure exerted on the amount of rent make that owners of the building offer very attractive invitations for tenants remaining in the structures – says Marcin Sabowicz, Senior Specialist in the Office Space Department | Tenant Representation in Colliers International.

C.H. Beck is one of the oldest and largest German publishers. It has been functioning since 1993 on the Polish market and offers technical publications in the area of law, economy and taxes.

North Gate is a 24-tiers building class A, located in Warsaw at Bonifraterska 17 Street and offering ca. 30 000 sq. m of office space class A. In the structure, there is a five-storey car park providing 310 parking places to tenants, a restaurant, and sales outlets – among them i.a. a company bookshop of the C.H. Beck publisher. In June this year, the complex received the BREEAM In-Use certification with the Very Good grade in the “Asset” and “Building Management” categories.
