Colliers International finished commercialization of the structure in Warsaw Mokotów district. Among tenants of the investment there are such partnerships as Bank Pocztowy, LendOn and Jeronimo Martins.

Bank Pocztowy occupied 3200 sq. m in June, that is over 80 per cent of available area in the building. LendOn partnership, in turn, moved into the structure in July and rented the whole floor (nearly 500 sq. m), whereas Biedronka chain will be functioning on the commercial area located on the ground floor of the investment (330 sq. m). The shop owned by Jeronimo Martins will move into the building in 2014.

 

Corner House building was completely rented before its commission, which gives great satisfaction, especially in the context of a continuously growing supply on the market in Warsaw. Corner House is a modern office class A which has 3500 sq. m of rentable area. It is situated in Mokotów district at Puławska Street in the neighborhood of Arkadia Park, Królikarnia Palace and Warszawianka water park. The owners of the building are shareholders from Universal Properties Group and Real Management S.A.
