The company from the heating trade decided to lease over 2000 sq. m of office space. Savills agency, an exclusive agent of Promenady ZITA building, as well as Brochocki i Biegański Nieruchomości company, which represents a new tenant, have been advising during the transaction.
The other tenants are: Impel Security Poland, Impel Cleaning and OPM Facility and Services Management.
Promenady ZITA is being realized by Vantage Development company. The first stage of the property has been finished – on 16th October there will be The Opening Ceremony with invited guests. The building class A with the total office space of 21 120 sq. m was designed in accordance with requirements of LEED Gold certification. It is located at the northern part of Wroclaw at Antoni Slonimski Street, 3 km from the Old Market.
Promenady ZITA constitutes the part of a multifunctional Promenady Wrocławskie office complex, which occupies 15 hectares area in the close neighborhood of a revitalized quayside of Oder. Within the whole Promenady ZITA office complex, another certified office buildings are going to arise – Vantage Development will deliver jointly over 80 000 sq. m of offices.
