TPG Katowice is a partnership depended on Teleperformance Germany from the structures of Teleperformance Group – an international company which provides services in the area of customer service. The company is going to open a center in Katowice which will offer technical and IT support to the benefit of external clients. The partnership is moving into the new registered office, which occupies 2300 sq. m of modern office space in “Alder” building, at the end of October of the current year. As a target, 250 people will find a job there.
In search for location to place our new service center, the most important factor was access to well-educated employees with very good knowledge of German. After the analysis of such parameters as labor market, transport and office infrastructure, the choice fell on Katowice, and then – on GPP Business Park. This modern office complex will constitute a perfect work place for the team, which will enable to provide the highest quality services for our clients. “Alder” is the third building which is being realized within GPP Business Park complex. The project is located at the northern part of Katowice, at Konduktorska Street, on the area of Katowice Special Economic Zone. GPP Business Park occupies ca. 25 000 sq. m of modern office space. The buildings class A, which may be found in the complex, use a trigeneration system (production of electrical energy, heat and cool from natural gas), and their standard also includes an advanced system which integrates external blinds, inflow of daylight and lighting in order to maximize comfort and economy. This system is connected with a weather head which delivers information about the level of insolation. The highest quality HVAC elements are subordinated to a constant monitoring with the help of 1 500 sensors (the amount falls on one building), which cumulate and transfer data in BMS system.
