The new tenant of the office is Snails Garden company, which is professionally engaged in breeding of snails to the needs of Polish and foreign gastronomy and production of natural cosmetics from mucus of this shellfish. The enterprise will occupy ca. 60 sq. m in MediaHUB office.
MediaHUB is located in the very heart of Łódź center at main communication line of the city. The offices of enterprises from creative, new technologies and business industry as well as financial sector will occupy nearly 4000 sq. m in the structure. On the area of the building there are located headquarters of such companies like PKO Bank Polski, TomTom, EFL, Bluerank, Seamless Poland, Infratel, it WORKS and TOYA Group.
We consider the completion of the commercialization process of Łódź MediaHUB in such a short time as a huge success, especially that the situation of the commercial property sector is not the easiest one – comments Marta Kruk, representative of the investor, responsible for commercialization of the building. – The great interest of the building results from its high standard, location, perfect car park conditions or advanced IT systems. Moreover, a representative look of the structure and rooms situated in it as well as hotel resources also contributed to it. We are glad about the achievement of such good results, especially that we managed to meet very high expectations of tenants.
MediaHUB is a part of the complex located at Łąkowa 29 Street in Łódź, which was built in place of a former Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych. It is composed of i.a. the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Poland, Wytwórnia Concert Club and 3D Cinema. The main investor of MediaHUB is TOYA Group.
