The company, which provides services in the area of tariffs, commerce and duties on a global scale, conducted a lease agreement in Warsaw Business Garden complex. It will occupy ca. 1300 sq. m of office area on the second and third floor of the investment. The partnership will move into the new registered office in March 2015. The experts from JLL company represented the partnership in the process of negotiations.

Business Garden complex fully satisfies our expectations. Business Garden is composed of seven buildings offering jointly over 90 000 sq. m of office, hotel, conference, commercial and service area. It is the first pro-ecological project on such a scale in the capital. The complex is located at Żwirki and Wigury Street. The investor of the company is Vastint Poland (former SwedeCenter).
