The contract with Euler Hermes is the third largest lease transaction concerning office area signed by IMMOFINANZ Group within last six months in Poland (after agreements for 7000 sq. m in the Equator office and 5800 sq. m in the Nimbus structure). Moreover, it is also the biggest contract signed from the beginning of 2015.
The partnership owned by the international insurance and financial group has been present in Poland since 1998 and now it decided to rent 5500 sq. m. Therefore, it will occupy the whole highest four floors of the building, that is the eleventh and the fourteenth floors. The operator of telecommunications and telecomputer services aimed at business clients – Intelligent Technologies SA – is going to move into the eighth floor where it will have 1000 sq. m at their disposal.
Euler Hermes and ITSA are another companies which decided to locate their offices in Nimbus. Thanks to such significant lease contracts, we prove once again that we have a very good developer project with a very high percentage of lease. The structure offers over 19 000 sq. m of office and commercial area completed by green terraces and balconies which create friendly atmosphere. Nimbus Office is a kind of an office which signs itself into idea of sustainable construction which is confirmed by the LEED certificate.
Nimbus won the „The Office Building 2014” competition organized by the E-biurowce website in April this year.
