Foksal City is located in the strict center of Warsaw next to the Royal Route. The tenant was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company during the transaction. There are 3392 sq. m of office rentable area in Foksal City which are located on 6 tiers. The building was designed by the Juvenes architectural studio under supervision of a preservationist. It is characterized by a façade which refers to aesthetics of art déco. Moreover, there are modern technological solutions applied in the building which are compliant with the principles of sustainable development. Thanks to them, the office received the BREEAM certificate on the Very Good level.
