We are very pleased that the Kainos Software Poland company chose Tryton Business House for its new headquarters in Gdańsk. Kainos Software Poland has been functioning on the market since 2007. The company constitutes a department of the Irish company engaged in creation of applications for the health care system, companies from financial industry and public sector. There are ca. 700 people working in the company's departments in Ireland, Great Britain and USA. The partnership is going to hire 250 people till 2017 in Gdańsk. Kainos will be looking for some experts from infrastructure, testers and employees of administrative departments.
Gdańsk office of Kainos company is developing very dynamically following development of the whole company. We became a recognizable company with reputation of a place which guarantees personal and professional development of employees. Our present office with over 150 people is not sufficient anymore. Tryton Business House is an office building class A offering 22 000 sq. m of modern office space. The structure is being realized at the crossroads of Jan z Kolna Street and Wały Piastowskie – in the location with access to the main communicational arteries of the city. The office will have an underground garage and parking places for 262 cars. The public municipal car park was also realized within the investment. The project of the Arch-Deco architectural studio from Gdynia enivsages 78 covered parking places for bicycles which is one of the conditions of the BREEAM certification. The bicyclists will also have showers, changing-rooms and drying rooms at their disposal. Tryton Business House is characterized by a diversified solid – it will have 6 tiers from Jan z Kolna Street and in the middle part there will be 11 tiers. The common part is a one-storey hall – a connector combining service and office functions which will be a public walkway with a passageway in the direction of the railway station. The realization of Tryton Business House will end in the fourth quarter of 2015.
