DNB Bank Polska stays in Marynarska Point 2

DNB Bank Polska decided to extend a lease agreement concerning the office area in the Marynarska Point 2 building.

The institution, which is owned by the biggest Norwegian DNB financial group, signed a lease agreement for over 3600 sq. m of office area in Marynarska Point 2. Moreover, it was advised by the JLL consulting company during the transaction.

DNB Bank Polska made a decision about staying in the Marynarska Point 2 building due to a comfortable location of the office and access to the means of public transport. At present, the company is renovating the offices and arranging them in accordance with their needs. It is creating a modern area which is friendly to employees – comments Izabela Ciszewska, Consultant in the Tenant Representation Department, JLL.

The owner of Marynarska Point 2 is GLL. The office offers ca. 13 000 sq. m of office space. The employees have a 3-level car park with 265 parking places at their disposal. The greatest assets of the structure are location, including a very good access to the means of public transport, and proximity to the Warsaw Chopin Airport. The building was commissioned in 2008.
