Capital Park Group has recently signed several lease contracts concerning area in the Royal Wilanów office. One of the companies is Travel System agency. The tenant is going to develop the premises with nearly 50 sq. m of space. The partnership is a credentialed representative of many Polish travel agencies as well as organizer of holidays and touristic service of company events. Moreover, there is also a premises of Tropical Sun Tours located in the office – that is a tour operator of exotic trips. The list of tenants in Royal Wilanów includes a currency exchange, which occupied 24 sq. m from Przyczółkowa Street, and car wash – Pure Auto. The Panda laundry chain will be a great convenience for employees of offices and local inhabitants, whereas the flower shop complemented the additional offer.
Royal Wilanów is a project in which Capital Park is implementing a concept of Biuro Plus. According to it, Capital Park offers not only a modern office area but also a wide range of services which employees considered as necessary in everyday life. The group of tenants in Royal Wilanów has been recently extended by such companies as Rossmann chemist’s, fitness club, Piotr i Paweł supermarket, Czas na Wino winery, Bang & Olufsen with electronic equipment, Krakowski Kredens, Piccola Italia Mediterranean delicatessen and Bierhalle brewery and restaurant. Moreover, companies like Sygnity, Erbud S.A. and Capital Park – investor of the project are going to locate their headquarters in Royal Wilanów. BOIG is responsible for commercialization of the commercial part, whereas Colliers International is responsible for the office part.
Royal Wilanów will be a 5-tier structure, in which 29 787 sq. m of modern office area and 6920 sq. m of service and commercial space will be located. Furthermore, a 3-level car park with 931 parking places intended for tenants and clients as well as bicycle cark park were situated in the underground part of the building. The author of the architectural project is the JEMS Architekci studio. The opening of the structure is planned on August 2015.
