Under the renegotiated transaction, Gothaer Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA (former PTU SA) will stay in the building of Mokotów Nova at least till 2022. The company has been present on the Polish market for two decades as a property insurer. In respect of income of a premium and increase in gross premium written, Gothaer is in the first tenth of companies from this industry. The partnership constitutes a part of the German Gothaer Group.

The lease agreements in Mokotów Nova have been also extended within the last year by such partnerships as Reckitt Benckiser and Connectmedica whereas Oriflame extended an occupied office. The mentioned transactions included jointly over 7500 sq. m of area.
Mokotów Nova is located at Wołoska 22 Street and offers 43 000 sq. m of office area class A as well as car park for over 1000 vehicles. Among tenants of the complex there are i.a. Bacardi, Grupa BMW, Hyundai, LG and Guess. The owner of the building is Nova Investments Sp. z o.o. – a special purpose vehicle of the Curzon Capital Partners III LP fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
