The crucial player on the market of touristic services and products in the Internet, that is eSKY.pl company, will occupy 730 sq. m of office area in Mokotów Nova complex in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by Savills consulting company during the transaction. eSKY.pl Internet travel agency is going to move into its new headquarters at the end of April 2014. The agreement was signed for the period of five years.
The basic criteria at selecting a new location by eSky.pl were: convenience location of the investment, high standard of the building and modern arrangement of office area – said Sebastian Świstak, associate in office area department, Savills.
Mokotów Nova is located at Wołoska 22 Street. The complex is owned by Curzon Capital Partners III real estate fund, which is managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The investment is composed of three office buildings class A with the total area of 43 657 sq. m. The users have also 1070 parking places at their disposal. One of the largest shopping malls in Warsaw – Galeria Mokotów, is situated in close proximity to the property. eSKY.pl joined the group of such tenants as Gothaer, BMW Group or LG Electronics.
