HB Reavis signed a lease contract in the Gdański Business Center I office complex. The Polish department of Ireland CHBC Investment Holdings Limited is going to move into the building B in July.

CHBC Polonia rented 440 sq. m on the first floor of the office. It was represented by experts of Cushman & Wakefield in the process of negotiations. It was very important for CHBC Polonia to find an attractive location which will guarantee comfortable, friendly and modern work environment to all employees. The Gdański Business Center I project met all expectations. The company will move into the investment on 27th July – explains Kinga Wawryło, Negotiator in Cushman & Wakefield.

CHBC Group has been functioning on the European construction market since 2010 whereas in Poland – since 2014. The company is specialized in “turnkey” business structures. It has commissioned over 18 580 sq. m within last 12 months. CHBC Polonia has recently started its business activity on the Polish market. Therefore, we are even more glad that it decided to choose Gdański Business Center I for its first headquarters. I am convinced that this new office will meet expectations of our client and provide them with excellent conditions for fast development – says Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Chairman and Member of the Board in HB Reavis Poland.

Gdański Business Center I is located in the Warsaw Muranów district – few meters from the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The project was commissioned in June 2014. At present, the investment is commercialized in over 80 per cent. It was chosen as a headquarters by such organizations as KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, Solid Logistics, EMC Computer Systems Poland, Ove Arup & Partners International Limited, KMD, Agito, Coloplast and Digital Virgo.

The building of the second stage of GBC started in July 2014. Its commission is planned on the first quarter of 2016.
