Two buildings of Gdański Business Center are sold

HB Reavis signed a final sale agreement of two office buildings within the Gdański Business Center complex in Warsaw. They were purchased by Savills Investment Management on behalf of one of the global pension funds. The value of the contract amounts to 186 million euro.

The sale of two buildings within Gdański Business Center is one of the largest transactions on the real estate market in Eastern and Central Europe this year. Savills Investment Management purchased buildings A and B, which offer 48 000 sq. m of leasable space in total. JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Greenberg Traurig advised HB Reavis during the transaction process, whereas Savills, Clifford Chance and K+S Ingenieure were the advisors of Savills Investment Management.

 

Gdański Business Center office complex comprises four completed offices class A. Their total space amounts to nearly 100 000 sq. m. Two buildings, that is C and D, are owned by HB Reavis. The list of the foregoing tenants of the complex includes such companies and institutions as KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency (APA), SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, Agito, Bank BGZ BNP Paribas SA and Aviva insurance group.

 

Gdański Business Center is a well communicated office investment, which is situated in Warsaw in close proximity to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The employees of the complex can benefit from many facilitations, which are available on the area of the buildings and in their surroundings, including gym, swimming pool, medical clinic or shopping mall.

 

Gdański Business Center was awarded many prestigious awards, including the title "Office Investment of the Year" in the CIJ Awards 2015 competition as well as Prime Property Prize 2014 in the category "Investment of the Year – Market of Office Properties".
