We started searching for a new office area out of concern for comfort of our clients and needs of employees due to plans concerning further increase of our team in Poland. The character of this investment decided about the choice of Atrium 2. It meets expectations of DLA Piper in the area of applied pro-ecological solutions – including the LEED certification and innovative technological potential enabling the legal office to provide the highest quality services for our clients. Moreover, the values which are represented by Skanska at realization of its transactions such as care about the natural environment and local societies as well as care about needs of clients and employees are extremely crucial for the legal office – points out Krzysztof Wiater, Managing Partner, DLA Piper in Warsaw.

We knew from the very beginning that DLA Piper is not only searching for a new location in the city center of Warsaw but also a partner for realization of common business strategies. We are glad that the Atrium 2 building was chosen for a new headquarters, which will be an impulse for DLA Piper to further business development in Poland. We want to deliver only the highest class projects on the Warsaw market – at the highest level of the LEED certification, with timeless architecture, offering flexible areas and convenient development to our tenants within one location. Atrium 2 is exactly such a project – says Arkadiusz Rudzki, Chairman for Lease and Asset Management, Skanska Property Poland.

The tenant was supported by the international CBRE consulting company during the process of choosing the location. Legal companies in London and Amsterdam more frequently decide to choose a model of open space and new strategies concerning the work environment. This trend also reached Poland. Such organization of work provides enhancement of the culture of innovativeness, openness, flexibility and balance between work and private life – work life balance – that is exactly these values which are represented by DLA Piper. Our client decided to relocate the area to one of the most modern buildings – Atrium 2. I am convinced that the office in a new location will be perfectly adjusted to the company's needs and enhance its position on the market in Poland – says Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, Senior Director, Department of Office Areas, CBRE.
