Two new tenants – Rossmann chain and Connect canteen are going to move into a building which is owned by HB Reavis Poland.

A new shop owned by Rossmann chain is going to occupy 476 sq. m of service and commercial area located on the ground floor of the structure. The building at Postępu 14 Street in Warsaw is a really attractive location. It is a prestigious and office part of the capital with a modern architecture. Many companies have their headquarters in that place. We would like their employees – on the way home or from home – could easily buy necessary drugstore products and – for instance – a salad for a lunch – says spokesman of Rossmann Agata Nowakowska.

1050 shops in 400 Polish cities function within the chain. The company hires almost 15 000 people and its offer includes 16 000 Polish and foreign products like articles with a logo of their own brand Rossmann.

Second tenant is going to open a premises with the area of 426 sq. m on the ground floor from the internal courtyard. The Connect canteen will offer breakfasts, snacks and dinners for a normal price and there will be several dishes to choose from every day, including vegetarian and fit ones. The obtainment of tenants for commercial and service premises is a very crucial element for us in the commercialization process. They are added value to our offer and they are often an essential factor in the decision-making process of a client concerning leasing of a new office. Therefore, we are even more glad that only several weeks after commission of Postępu 14 we may announce two such contracts. Both will result in enhancement of work comfort of people employed in our office – says Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Board, HB Reavis Poland.

Postępu 14 office received the use permit at the end of August. The investment owns from seven to ten aboveground tiers and it offers 34 500 sq. m of office area. The building is the third project of HB Reavis on the Warsaw market. Two earlier ones – Konstruktorska Business Center and Gdański Business Center – have been already commercialized in respectively 100 per cent and over 80 per cent.
