Companies such as Orbium, DATEV.pl, Connect and Agma-Sport decided to lease the area in Warsaw Nimbus Office. Moreover, companies from the Marsh & McLennan Companies capital group (Mercer Poland, Marsh, Oliver Wyman and Guy Carpenter) extended their lease agreements by additional 670 sq. m. Jointly, the tenant is going to occupy almost 6500 sq. m in this structure.
Orbium functions in the area of business as well as IT consultancy mainly for the sector of financial services. The company signed a lease contract for nearly 1100 sq. m. Another tenant, DATEV.pl is a deliverer of IT solutions and integrator of ERP systems. It is going to occupy ca. 350 sq. m. There will be also a new premises owned by chain of restaurants/canteens Connect with the area of 335 sq. m and conference center with seven rooms with the size of over 450 sq. m which will be opened by Agma-Sport.
The interest in office area in Nimbus is still maintaining at very high level. At present, the concluded contracts substantially decreased the amount of available space to at least several modules. Nimbus Office is a structure class A localized at Jerusalem Avenues 98 in Warsaw. The building offers over 19 thousand sq. m of office and commercial space. Furthermore, the office received the LEED certificate. In April this year, Nimbus won in the competition organized by e-biurowce.pl – „Office Structure 2014”.
