Vastint Poland concluded a new agreement concerning lease of office area in Business Garden in Poznań. The group of tenants in the complex will be extended by MAN, which is going to occupy 2680 sq. in the corner office at Marcelińska Street. The tenant was represented by Colliers International during the transaction process. Business Garden Center was one of the first companies from the sector of services for business which entered the market in Poznań several years ago and we are still observing its dynamic development – says Sebastian Bedekier, Regional Chairman, Colliers International, Poznań.
The operational activity of the entity which specializes in delivering of services for financial and accounting processes as well as support of purchase processes for partnerships in the MAN Group in Europe will be transferred to the new headquarters in Business Garden. The removal is planned on the half of 2016.
Business Garden Poznań is located at the crossroads of Marcelińska and Bułgarska Streets in the Poznań Marcelin district. As a target, the complex will be composed of nine buildings with the total area of 80 000 sq. m. The first stage of the investment, which offers 42 000 sq. m of office area, was commissioned at the beginning of the year. All four structures realized within this stage received the LEED Platinum certificate. The group of tenants in Business Garden includes such companies as ADM, itelligence, Medi Partner (Medicover), BZ WBK, Capgemini and operator of the canteen Marchewkowe Pole.
Business Garden Poznań is one of three complexes realized by Vastint under the brand Business Garden in the country. Similar parks are realized in Warsaw in Wrocław.
