A new tenant in the Warsaw office complex is Eaton which rented 1500 sq. m in the investment owned by AIG and partners of White Star Real Estate. The tenant was represented by consulting company Colliers International during the transaction. Eaton gained a modern office area characterized by functionality and efficiency. The new location creates opportunities of a convenient access for employees of Eaton with different parts of the capital thanks to proximity to Warsaw Southern Ring Road and main arteries of the city – Jerozolimskie Avenues and Krakowska Avenue – says Marcin Sabowicz, Chairman in Department of Office Areas, Colliers International.
Eaton is a producer of products from the industries of electric, mechanic and hydraulic energy management. The company has over hundred-year-old experience. At present, it hires nearly 99 thousand employees all over the world and it delivers services in 175 countries.
The Park Warsaw is composed of 10 office buildings class A with the total lease area of 11 000 sq. m. It is located at Krakowiaków 50 Street on the area of the Włochy district in Warsaw. The complex is characterized by innovative architecture as well as unique arrangement of squares and greenery. The Park Warsaw received the BREEAM certificate with the Excellent grade. The project of the investment was devised in the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio. Three firstly founded buildings hold headquarters of such companies as IBM, British American Tobacco, AkzoNobel, Johnson Controls, Cenega, Qloc, GoodYear, Mineral Midrange, NCR, RTV Euro AGD and Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (formerly Sobieski).
