Current tenants of Lubicz Office Center in Cracow: International Paper, Bank BZ WBK, Polmed and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA extended the term of their lease contracts for 8815 sq. m of office space in the structure owned by Griffin Real Estate. Moreover, the department of CBRE joined the group of tenants in the office building at the end of 2015. Lubicz Office Center I and II are structures in which we noticed a huge potential from the very beginning. Therefore, they were included in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate. High standard and perfect location in the center of Cracow determine their attractiveness. The tenants also appreciated it, which is reflected by their willingness to stay in our buildings – comments Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Office Leasing, Griffin Real Estate.

The building included in the Lubicz Office Center complex are offices class A situated in the very heart of the city center at the crossroads of Lubicz and Rakowicka Streets. The investment has been present in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate since 2014. The structures offer jointly more than 21 000 sq. m. The building CBL I was commissioned in 2000. It delivers 15 500 sq. m of leased area to the Cracow market. Moreover, 5800 sq. m of office areas are intended for rent in the CBL II office, which was commissioned in 2009.

Apart from Lubicz Office Center, the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate includes e.g. DH Renoma in Wrocław, Supersam in Katowice, Green Horizon in Łódź, headquarters of Microsoft and Philips in Warsaw, chain of dormitories Student Depot, other office, commercial and service structures, as well as investment plots located in both the capital and the whole Poland. At present, the crucial investment of the company is revitalization of Koszyki Hall in Warsaw and establishment of a multifunctional complex with an office, service, restaurant and – to a lesser extent – commercial part.
