Radio Zet renews lease contract in Bliski Center

Radio Zet decided to renew its lease contract in Bliski Center in Warsaw – an office included in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate.

Radio Zet decided to renew its lease contract for more than 4000 sq. m of office space in the Warsaw Bliski Center office, which is included in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate. The station has had its registered office in the building since 2000. Consulting company Colliers took part in the lease process of Radio Zet. Tenants always reflect building and thus I am really happy that Radio Zet – one of the most renowned and popular radio stations – decided to renew its lease contract with us for the next years. In order to meet expectations of its employees, we decided to modernize the building. Receptions, common parts, entrance to the building as well as area outside the structure will be modernized within the nearest time – comments Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Office Leasing of Griffin Real Estate.

 

Bliski Center was commissioned in 2000. It is situated in the Śródmieście district along Żurawia 8 Street in Warsaw. The building has a 2-tier underground garage with 90 parking places and it is owned by Griffin Real Estate from 2014. Except for Bliski Center, the office portfolio of the company also includes Raiffeisen Business Center, Green Horizon Business Center, Lubicz I & II Business Center, Microsoft House, Batory Office Building I, Philips House and Nordic Park. At present, the crucial investment of Griffin Real Estate is revitalization of Koszyki Hall in Warsaw as well as creation of a multifunctional complex with office, service, restaurant and – to a lesser extent – commercial functions.
