Radio Zet decided to renew its lease contract for more than 4000 sq. m of office space in the Warsaw Bliski Center office, which is included in the portfolio of Griffin Real Estate. The station has had its registered office in the building since 2000. Consulting company Colliers took part in the lease process of Radio Zet. Tenants always reflect building and thus I am really happy that Radio Zet – one of the most renowned and popular radio stations – decided to renew its lease contract with us for the next years. In order to meet expectations of its employees, we decided to modernize the building. Bliski Center was commissioned in 2000. It is situated in the Śródmieście district along Żurawia 8 Street in Warsaw. The building has a 2-tier underground garage with 90 parking places and it is owned by Griffin Real Estate from 2014.
