The first tenant of Nobilis Business House, which is being realized by Echo Investment in Wrocław, is an international chain of clinics Synexus. The company is planning to open a medical center in the building. The tenant rented more than 1500 sq. m of space for that purpose. Synexus will occupy the area on the ground floor as well as 1st floor of the office. We are very glad about this cooperation. Synexus is a chain of clinics for conducting clinic surveys on commission of the biggest pharmaceutic companies. The centers of Synexus are situated in countries such as Germany, Great Britain, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, the Republic of South Africa and recently – USA. In Poland the company operates in six cities: Wrocław, Warsaw, Katowice, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Poznań.
Nobilis Business House is being realized at the crossroads of Maria Curie-Skłodowska and Mikołaja Reja Streets. The investment will be characterized by elegant architecture and good location, which is provided by proximity to stops of public communication and main communicational arteries of Wrocław. The project will offer jointly 16 000 sq. m of office space. There will be also a one-tier underground garage. Moreover, the project envisages 72 parking places for bicyclists, changing-rooms with showers and drying rooms. The tenants will have a canteen, service points and outside relaxation places at their disposal. The building was awarded BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level with the very high result of 72 per cent in autumn last year. The building of this investment is being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The realization of Nobilis Business House is to be completed in August this year.
