ECO Loconi Intermodal moves into X office of Tensor complex

Loconi Intermodal SA will move into X office of Tensor complex in June this year. The company will occupy 430 sq. m of office space on the first floor of the building. A dynamic development of Loconi entailed necessity of consolidation and providing space in order to support further increase of the company. Tensor appealed to us as a project consistent with the ideas of modernity and technological development, which is really close to us – Dariusz Bracik, Managing Director of Loconi Intermodal, says.

 

Another lease contract concerning X office of Tensor in Gdynia proves that the investment meets expectations of tenants in respect of location, conception of the project and the highest technical standard suggested by our company. Construction works are exceeding the envisaged schedule. In January 2016 the building X received a use permit and first companies started to move into the structure from February – Mikołaj Konopka, Vice-Chairman of EURO STYL, comments.

 

Tensor complex is being realized at Łużycka 8 Street in Gdynia next to Szybka Kolej Miejska (Redłowo) railway station as well as planned Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway (Stadium). As a target, the investment will be composed of buildings class A named X, Y and Z. The total lease area in the complex will amount to 19 750 sq. m. X office will deliver 4960 sq. m, Y – 8190 sq. m and Z – 6600 sq. m. Moreover, tenants will have 450 parking places at their disposal. The complex will be awarded BREEAM certificate at least at the Very Good level. The exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of Tensor is international consulting company JLL.

 

The market in Tricity is very active due to both activities of developers and needs of tenants. There are currently about 138 000 sq. m under construction. Tricity arouses great interest among tenants – the demand reached 107 500 sq. m last year, which is the best result in the history of this market and it is also an adequate answer to high demand. I can guarantee that Tricity is a very important point on the office map of Poland – Magdalena Reńska, Chairman of Department of JLL in Tricity, says.
