EFL – Leasing owned by Crédit Agricole Group is moving to a new office in the second stage of a multifunctional Alchemia complex in Gdańsk.

EFL – Leasing (European Leasing Fund) owned by Crédit Agricole Group is moving to a new office in the second stage of a multifunctional Alchemia complex in Gdańsk. The company decided to change its foregoing headquarters in the office building Grunwaldzka 413 for the second stage of a multifunctional investment, where it rented more than 200 sq. m. A high class of the office, its convenient location and possibility of providing clients with an access to parking places decided about moving our department to Alchemia. EFL – Leasing is celebrating its 25 years of existence on the market this year and the date of its setting up coincides with the date of opening our new headquarters. I am convinced that clients who visit us will appreciate comfort and convenience of this new location – Robert Spychalski, Chairman of the Gdańsk Department of EFL, says.

EFL – Leasing has been operating since 1991. It is one of the first leasing companies on the domestic market. EFL belongs to Crédit Agricole Group from 2001. The company offers a broad package of products: leasing, loan, long-term lease, insurances and factoring.

Alchemia is a complex which is being realized in four stages – the first two ones were commissioned respectively in 2013 and 2015. The second stage of the investment delivered almost 22 000 sq. m to the Tricity market in two office towers located on the common four-tier basis. Torus finalized sales of this stage with the depended company Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA at the end of March this year. At present, the building of the third stage with the total leased area amounting to nearly 39 000 sq. m is currently being conducted.
