A company owned by a global producer of chemical products – Solenis Poland Ltd – decided to extend its office in the Warsaw investment University Business Center I. The tenant will jointly occupy around 2000 sq. m of office space in the project. The owner of this office was represented by Knight Frank during the lease process. We are glad that tenants of University Business Center I are such renowned companies as Solenis Poland. Solenis is a producer of chemical products with a special purpose used in e.g. chemical processing (wood pulp, paper, oil and gas). The headquarters of the company is located in Wilmington in Delaware (USA). The company owns 30 factories all over the world and it hires around 3500 experts in 118 countries on five continents.
University Business Center I is situated in the Mokotow district in Warsaw. The usable area of this office amounts to more than 11 000 sq. m. The investment is included in the portfolio of Savills Investment Management. The owner of the project entrusted Knight Frank the commercialization of its investments. The Agency is also a manager of University Business Center I.
