Accenture Service is going to move into the office owned by Deka Immobilien fund in June this year.

Accenture Service – a company delivering services in the area of consulting, modern technologies and outsourcing – is going to move into the office owned by Deka Imobillien fund – Grzybowska Park – in June this year. This new tenant will occupy 2616 sq. m of office space on the first as well as on the second floor of the building. Savills – exclusive agent of the investment – was mediating during the lease transaction. Grzybowska Park is a special place on the map of Warsaw – strict city center and friendly atmosphere because of surrounding greenery. It is a perfect location for companies which hire young and ambitious employees due to central location, proximity to means of communication, fashionable cafes and restaurants.
