The commercialization level of the building realized by Echo Investment in Warsaw comes up to 80 per cent. OmniOffice joined the group of tenants in Q22.

OmniOffice rented more than 2000 sq. m on the second floor of Q22. The company offers serviced offices which are ready to move in. Additionally, they are equipped with e.g. reception service and they are intended for companies which need modern offices, the size and lease period of which can be dynamically changed.


More than 500 companies have already trusted us. They decided to rent space in OmniOffice because they can start their business activity in modern office without necessity of signing long-term lease contracts, employing administration employees as well as adjusting and equipping the premises. They are representatives of liberal professions; small companies which care about their image and working conditions for employees as well as corporations which appreciate flexibility of our serviced offices. The commercialization process of Q22 is coming up to 80 per cent. The size of available office space amounts to ca. 8500 sq. m. The group of tenants includes e.g. Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Boston Scientific, Citi Handlowy and Puro Hotels.


Q22 is a 155-meter-high office building, which is situated at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It will offer more than 50 000 sq. m of office space for lease. The building is designed by architects from Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. Moreover, there is a 5-tier underground car park with more than 340 parking places in Q22. Tenants can benefit from parking places for bicycles, changing rooms and showers for bicyclists. Q22 was awarded the ecological certificate BREEAM Interim Excellent with one of the highest results in this category in Poland (nearly 80 per cent). Both investor and developer of the building is Echo Investment.
