PwC extends lease contract by more than 2000 sq. m in Silesia Business Park in Katowice
PwC in Katowice plans to hire more than 300 new employees. For that purpose, it is about to rent two additional floors in Silesia Business Park. PwC occupies 9200 sq. m at Chorzowska Street and it is one of the biggest tenants in offices owned by Skanska in Poland.

Due do dynamic development, PwC made a decision about extending the foregoing lease contract by more than 2000 sq. m in Silesia Business Park located in Katowice. The company is planning to hire over 300 employees. Thus, the first and the biggest tenant of the office complex built by Skanska has managed to complete the level of rentable area in building A up to 100 per cent.

 

PwC is one of the most renown global consulting companies which operates in 157 countries all over the world. SDC, that is Service Delivery Center (Shared Services Center), has been operating in Katowice for 7 years. It specializes in service of companies from the global chain of the company in various fields, including financial audit, taxes and services of internal departments (back-office). The company moved into Silesia Business Park in 2014 and it rented more than a half in one out of four planned buildings. So far more than 1000 people have managed to find a job in offices of the company at Chorzowska Street.

 

We are planning to hire at least 200 people in our Shared Services Center by the end of this year, and more than 100 people in the next stages. First of all, we are looking for people who know English and German, who are open to gain new skills and work in the international environment. Our office in Silesia Business Park is a comfortable and modernly arranged space, where everyone can find a proper place for themselves, depending on work style.
