The international pharmaceutic company – GSK – became a new tenant, which rented more than 2000 sq. m of space for the extending Business Services Center GSK IT, whereas the present tenant – Bank Zachodni WBK – decided to extend the office space by additional 770 sq. m.
Undoubtedly, this investment occupies the leading place on the office map of Poznań. The scale of the project and the standard of office space provide perfect conditions which support business processes and development of operational centers of companies from such sectors as BPO, SSC and IT – says Magdalena Makuch, Leasing Manager of Vastint Poland.
Business Garden is located in the Poznań Marcelin district at the crossroads of Marcelińska, Kolorowa and Bułgarska Streets. As a target, the complex is to be composed of nine buildings of the total size amounting to more than 80 000 sq. m. The investment delivered 42 000 sq. m of modern office space within four buildings to the market in the first stage. The surrounding was designed in a form of a big garden, where both work and relaxation zones are situated together with basketball and volleyball fields, chessboards and boule pitch. The existing buildings have already been awarded LEED Platinum. Business Garden Poznań is one out of three business parks realized by Vastint under the brand Business Garden in Poland. Similar complexes are being realized in Warsaw and Wrocław.
