Delphi Poland belongs to the leaders of the R&D sector. The company decided to rent additional 6300 sq. m of office space in the Krakow complex Enterprise Park in building F within the fourth stage of the investment, the commissioning of which is planned at the end of 2017.
Delphi has been one of the key tenants in Enterprise Park since 2012. The company occupies almost 22 000 sq. m of office space. The owners of the office are still working on extending the list of services available for tenants. Warsztat Kulinarny restaurant and Pod Magnolią kindergarten have recently started their business activity in Enterprise Park.

Enterprise Park is situated in the southern part of Krakow. At present, the complex is composed of four totally rented offices class A, which deliver nearly 36 000 sq. m to the market. Two other buildings, that is building E (15 600 sq. m) and building F (10 900 sq. m) are currently under construction, the completion of which is planned on 2017. Both emerging and existing buildings meet standards of the BREEAM system. Enterprise Park offers 1370 parking places. The architectural project of all buildings was devised by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne and the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate are the owners of Enterprise Park by virtue of joint venture from May 2015.
