-Avestus Real Estate confirmed its position as the leading developer of high quality office projects in Middle and Eastern Europe. Enterprise Park - our newest project - turned out to be another great success. We can announce it with pride that 87 per cent of the space of the first stage has been leased before completing the construction works and and before puting the building into use. Avestus Real Estate continues its cooperation with the tenants who enjoy the highest position in the market - global corporations such as Delphi or Cisco. The ability to start a cooperation with such companies has been our big asset on the market in Central and Eastern Europe. The fact that we succeeded in achieving it again, despite the challenges posed by the recent unfavourable economic situation, ia a [proof of quality of our product and the professionalism of the Aventus Real Estate team - says Roger Dunlop, the managing director at Aventus Real Estate for the Central and Eastern Europe.

- This is the first project of Avestus Real Estate in Cracow. Cracow is an unusually dynamic market of office spaces. This is the city which is most ofter chosen by experienced, international corporations, becasue of the supply of well-educated employees. Such companies decide for cracow when setting up branches dealing with outsourcing or Reasearch and Development. Enterprise Park has been designed in a special way to meet the needs of such enterpreneurs. The fact that we managed to atract so experienced partners, such as Delphi and Cisco, prooves that we have desingned and created a buliding which meets their demands - adds Guy Speir, the Lease and Marketing Director in Avestus Real Estate for Central and Eastern Europe. - The demand for modern office space is growing, even oin those times of unstable global economy. We are really satisfied with the first stage of our project and, optimistically, we are expecting interest in the second stage in the few nearest months. We can already confirm that we are talking to several international companies.

Office buildings belonging to Avestus Real Estate are distinguished by grat location. A few kilometres from the Old Market Square, with plenty  of bus and tram connections, as well as a high-speed tram stop - it guarantees perfect transport communication with other disctricts of Cracow.

- First of all, I would like to say thank you to our team in Poland - said Mariusz Frackiewicz, Country Manager for Poland Avestus Real Estate during the solemn opening. -  This staff is a group of experienced people who can coperate, not only with each other, but also with external entities. Consultations with our customers made us decide that we would come to Cracow in 2007, buy land here. Then the ciris came -  but it's past already and with the help of bank we managed to put up this office building. Today, in turn, we are alrady thinking balder. We want to put up another several thousand square metres on the neighbouring parcel of land.

The said several thousand square metres will indeed appear on the neighbouring land as a part of the second stage of Enterprise Park project. The construction works are planned to begin in April 2013. Eventually, the greenest office park in Cracow is going to offer 28 thousand sq. m. As the investor assures, the construction works will not have any influence on the comfort of work in the existing buildings.

- The second stage of Enterprise Park project is completely separate. The delivery of construction materials will not disturb our tenants and the operation of the buildings which are opened today - assured Maciej Golebiewski, the marketing and lease manager in Avestus Real Estate during the celebration and added - This building will be similar to the buildings we have opened today. The important thing is it will offer bigger space of the floors (3,5 thousand sq. m), which will be interesting for the tenants.
