Two first buildings of the Enterprise Park project in Powstańców alley have enriched the portfolio of office spaces class A in Cracow by 15,3 thousand sq. m. For the developer, Avestus Real Estate, this is a debut on the Cracow market. The newly opened office complex is distinguished by a high level of compercialization on the level of 87 per cent. The main tenants are Delphi Poland and Cisco system. The buildings offer its customers modern office space, which will be awarderd BREEM certificate with the grade "very good".
In Enterprise Park tilt windows have been used to ensure natrual ventilation, as well as blinds for sun protection, zoning of cooling, heating and light systems and there are larger areas of natural vegetation (as much as 40% of the complex space consitutes green areas).
Facilities for cyclists are especially worth paying attention to. There is a system of cycling paths connected with the city net of cycling roads. Special places for bikes with professional racks, where cycling enthusiasts can leave their bikes safely. Cyclists also have the possibility to refresh themselves and change clothing before starting work. There are bathrooms with showers and shower frames as well as cloakrooms with lockers.
On Wednesday, during the opening ceremony, the invited guests could see the possibilities offered by Enterprise Park with their own eyes.

Then the ciris came - but it's past already and with the help of bank we managed to put up this office building. Today, in turn, we are alrady thinking balder. We want to put up another several thousand square metres on the neighbouring parcel of land.
The said several thousand square metres will indeed appear on the neighbouring land as a part of the second stage of Enterprise Park project. The construction works are planned to begin in April 2013. Eventually, the greenest office park in Cracow is going to offer 28 thousand sq. m. As the investor assures, the construction works will not have any influence on the comfort of work in the existing buildings.
- The second stage of Enterprise Park project is completely separate. The delivery of construction materials will not disturb our tenants and the operation of the buildings which are opened today - assured Maciej Golebiewski, the marketing and lease manager in Avestus Real Estate during the celebration and added - This building will be similar to the buildings we have opened today. The important thing is it will offer bigger space of the floors (3,5 thousand sq. m), which will be interesting for the tenants.
