Enterprise Park, an office building belonging to Avestus Real Estate in Cracow, has rented over 80 per cent of the floor surface. The building is planned to be put into use in about 4 months.

In March 2012 Avestus Real Estate (ARE) signed a lease of over 8 500 square metres of office surface with Delphi Poland. The circle of the tenants of Enterprise Park was joined in by Cisco Systems Poland, a world leader in IT technology, that is going to create its offices in the office complex coming into existence in Podgorze district. During the negotiations Cisco Systems Poland was represented by advisory boards from Jonas Lang LaSalle and CBRE.

‘Enterprise Park constitutes an enterprise of great significance for ARE. We bought the land for the investment in 2008 and we believed that despite the world crisis Cracow would be the focus of attention of large companies from IT/BPO/SSC sector in Europe.  The growing demand for office surface in the city in the last 18 months confirmed our hopes. Moreover, over 80% of the first part of Enterprise Park has been rented before the completion of the construction.’ - said Guy Speir, Director of Leasing & Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe in Avestus Real Estate.

The complex is coming into existence in Cracow’s centre (3,5 km from The Main Market Square) at Powstancy Wielkopolscy Avenue in Podgorze district. Three 4-storey buildings of class A will be built within the compex. In total around 28 000 square metres of office surface of the higest standard will be put at the tenants’ disposal. The space of the buildings was designed so as to ensure the most flexible division and arrangament of offices. The very spacious spaces ranging from 1706 to 2310 square metres are located on the storeys.

The building is constructed in accordance with the standards of the balance construction with the use of methods and technologies minimizing the unfavourable influence on the natural environment. The Enterprise Park project was awarded the BREEAM pre-certification with the grade “very good”.
