MakoLab SA rents a new office in Ogrodowa Office situated in Łódź. The company has already signed a final lease contract with Warimpex concerning office space. Colliers International consulting company supported the tenant in the transaction process.

WX Developments – owned by Warimpex – is realizing Ogrodowa Office in the city center of Łódź. MakoLab SA decided to rent 2245 sq. m of space in this office. The contract was concluded in accordance with the provisions of the letter of intent signed in September this year. MakoLab SA is to move into the building in the first quarter of 2018. The company is recorded on the NewConnect Stock Exchange Market in Warsaw. It specializes in complex IT solutions in the area of digital communication and support of business processes.

CBRE estate agency supports Warimpex – investor of Ogrodowa Office – in the commercialization process of the building.
