WX Developments – owned by Warimpex – is realizing Ogrodowa Office in the city center of Łódź. MakoLab SA decided to rent 2245 sq. m of space in this office. The contract was concluded in accordance with the provisions of the letter of intent signed in September this year. MakoLab SA is to move into the building in the first quarter of 2018. The company is recorded on the NewConnect Stock Exchange Market in Warsaw. It specializes in complex IT solutions in the area of digital communication and support of business processes.
A modern, well equipped and communicated with the world office is a key element of running a business for technological and marketing agencies to which MakoLab belongs. We have to provide our employees with convenient work conditions and organize space in such a way to favor creative thinking and effective cooperation among teams of differentiated competences. The prestige of the place where we work as well as the closest surrounding are crucial to us. Our clients are global companies, for which high standards of work are of great importance. We want their representatives and often high-level managers to feel comfortable while working with us in Łódź. These conditions are met by Ogrodowa Office and we are convinced that this new office will be another reason for development of MakoLab – says Wojciech Zieliński, Chairman of the Board of MakoLab SA.
Ogrodowa Office is an office and service building, which is situated in the city center of Łódź at the crossroads of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia Streets. The lighting of office areas are enhanced by the internal atriums as well as numerous green terraces and balconies. The chief advantage of the building is the opened internal passage, which constitutes a connector of Manufaktura and Park Staromiejski with Plac Wolności and Piotrkowska Street. Ogrodowa Office offers 28 600 sq. m of leasable space, including 3900 sq. m of commercial space and underground car park for 300 cars. CBRE estate agency supports Warimpex – investor of Ogrodowa Office – in the commercialization process of the building.
