Advatech - new tenant in Poznań

Advatech signed a lease contract for office space of the size amounting to ca. 400 sq. m in Mercator in Poznań. This modern office complex offers more than 10 000 sq. m of usable area. The tenant was advised by Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. during the process of choosing office space.

Advatech is an integrator of IT solutions. The company specializes in complex solutions such as processing systems and archiving data, information security systems, team work and information management systems, as well as building and service of IT infrastructure.

 

The department of Advatech in Poznań was founded 16 years ago and it is still developing dynamically. Due to the possibility of further development, we decided to search for a new location in office complexes which provide us with flexibility and further growth without expensive and time-consuming removals – says Jacek Szubert, Chairman of the Board of Advatech Sp. z o.o.

 

According to the analyses of Litwiniuk Property, the number of vacant buildings with office space class A in Poznań is decreasing in 2016 in comparison to the previous year. The average rent rates for office areas class A in Poznań maintain at the constant level of ca. 11.5-15.0 euro/sq. m, similarly to the previous year.

 

Poznań is the fourth regional office market in Poland due to its size, and we assess positively the forecasts for the office market in Poznań for the following year. New stages of office complexes in Poznań are to be commissioned in the first half of 2017, and they have already been commercialized at a very high level. The realization of new office projects in Poznań will also start soon. We envisage that the level of demand for office areas of the highest standard should maintain at the same level in 2017 as in the present year – says Patryk Litwiniuk, General Director of Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o.
