OTIS and Carrier belonging to United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Group have signed lease contracts in a retail and service building Konstruktorska BusinessCenter in Warsaw, an investment of HB Reavis.

Under the office-retail investment Konstruktorska Business Center, which is being realized by HB Reavis company, a six floor A-class building offering 48 000 m2 of rent area is going to be erected. A single floor is going to reach a record area on Polish scale- as much as 7 341 m2. This means huge possibilities of interior arrangement. The uncommon floor area might have been the factor that attracted first lessees - companies from United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Group which are going to move onto the second from six planned available floors. The companies are going to occupy 2 300 m2, but the CBRE-represented UTC does not rule out the possibility of renting additional space ( around 500 m2 ) for other companies belonging to the group.

Konstruktorska Business Center is our first project in Poland. We're glad that OTIS and Carrier companies, who are world's leaders in their industries, appreciated modern and ecological character of the building and became KBC's first lessees. I'm certain that perfect location and the building's accomodations will provide a company's employees with the highest level of work comfort. Currently, talks in advanced stage are being underway with another lessees, which will join our first clients - says Jarosław Prawicki, Leasing Manager at HB Reavis.

The structure is currently undergoing a BREEAM precertification process, whose favorable conclusion will be made easier by such ecological solutions as electricity supply coming exclusively from renewable energy sources ( wind farms) and installation of 33 electric car charging stations.

Designed by Epstein architectural studio, the building has been concieved so that it creates friendly workplaces. Individual rooms are going to be well lit thanks to fully glass walls, additionally the building will be equipped with tilt windows. Everything will be supplemented by natural greenery and ponds in the inner courtyard as well as catering outlets and ATMs available on site.
