A new record will be soon beaten on the Warsaw office market. Vector+ will be the highest office building class A in the north-western Wola district.

Vector+ is situated at the crossroads of Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue and Obozowej Street in Warsaw. This investment will comprise two towers; one of them will reach 7 floors and the second one – 15 floors. Vector+ will deliver ca. 13 500 sqm of leasable space to the Warsaw market in total. According to the investor, PROFBUD, construction works have already reached an advanced phase. The building will be completed on schedule, i.e. the first half of the year.

Vector+ is the largest building class A under construction in the north-western part of Wola. The supply of office buildings in this particular region of Western Center will exceed 1 000 000 sqm in the upcoming 4 years and there will be 115 000 new job offers. Vector+ responds to the expectations of companies that eagerly benefit from the available assets of this fragment of Wola, which is well-communicated with entire Warsaw and offers many greenery and attractive areas for spending free time in compliance with the work-life balance philosophy – says Paweł Malinowski, Chairman of the Board of PROFBUD.

Vector+ is situated in a location that provides fast connection with other parts of the city (e.g. public communication). Infrastructure for bicyclists is envisaged: parking spaces for bicycles, changing rooms and showers. Tenants will also relax on a green terrace with tables and lawn chair as well as on space that favors physical exercises. Additionally, there are Park Moczydło and Park Sowińskiego in the closest neighborhood. CBRE is responsible for commercialization process.
