As a result of renegotiation, which has been conducted by a consulting company Colliers International, Allen&Overy legal practice has extended a lease contract of 2 300 sqm. of office area in a Warsaw's Rondo 1 building.
Rondo 1 i situated in Warsaw's city center. The property has been commisioned in year 2006. Among its leaseholders are i.a. Ernst&Young, Frontex, Salans i Volskwagen Bank Polska. The building's owner is a purpose company belonging to MGPA Europe Fund II. The office building has recieved an EU Green Building certificate granted by the European Commision as well as a LEED Gold.
Allen&Overy specializes in handling Polish and international banks, financial institutions as well as government agencies. Currently the chambers operate in 39 offices on the entire globe.
