IBC has changed the owner

Deka Immobilien has purchased International Business Center complex in Warsaw.

International Business Center has been purchased by Deka Immobilien GmbH company from the Accession Fund SICAV investment fund managing by GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH. Permit on purchase has been given by Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. TPA Horwarth consulting company has been advising the purchaser during the transaction. GLL company has been represented during transaction by experts from Jones Lang LaSalle and Salans. Offices valued on about 148 million Euro.

Deka Immobilien is actively running on the property market in Poland. They've purchased Hotel InterContinental in Warsaw from UBM and Warimpex - previous owners.

International Business Center is located at the crossroad of Armii Ludowej and Polnej Street. Buildings offers totally 33 300sqm of office space and 3 000sqm of commercial space. First building has been completed in 2003, instead the second one in 2007. It is equipped in three-tier underground car parking and aboveground car parking. It has been awarded with  the Best Office Development in 2007 (an prize awarded by CEE Construction and Investment Journal). Denton Corker Marshall and Epstein was responsible for the architecture project.

In IBC, leaseholders are companies such as Samsung, PwC, Union Investment, Bouygues Immobilier, Citibank, HSBC Bank Polska S.A. They can exploit facilities such as café, banks, computer system of leaseholder service, two reception desks and parking for cyclists.

TPA Horwarth, consulting company, has been working also during the transactions such as purchase of Łódz's Manufaktura by Union Investment, canvassing Twarda Tower by Europa Capital LLP fund and selling of Marynarska Business Park by Aberdeen. This year's value of transaction, on which TPA Horwarth has been working, amounts to about a milliard Euro.
