Senator office in Warsaw gained a new leaseholder - Discovery Networks CEEMEA.

Senator office, investment executed by Ghelamco Poland in Warsaw, gained a new leaseholder. Discovery Networks CEEMEA leased 1 803sqm of modern office space. A lease contract was signed on five years, and Cushman&Wakefield was a consultant in the transaction. The leaseholder is supposed to move into in March 2013.

Discovery Networks Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) belong to Discovery Communications, the biggest broadcaster of documentary programmes in the world. Discovery Networks CEEMEA enables people getting know the world via 9 channels, from which the biggest are Discovery Channel, TLC, ID, Animal Planet, Discovery Science i Discovery World. Warsaw's office Discovery Networks will be a central office of Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region, comprising 105 countries on three continents as well as a registered office in the Central Europe which includes Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Senator offers 25 000sqm of office space on five storeys and 200 parking spaces. Commercial services and restaurants can be found on the ground floor. Structure is located at al. Solidarności. The body of the building refers to the former Polish Bank, and elevation keeps an initial architectonic assumptions from 1907. Preservationist was present during the execution. Companies such as PKN Orlen, BRE Bank, Euronet and Legg Mason as well as Rabobank have leased spaces in the office. Investment has been leased in 80%. The office is undergoing BREEAM certification at the moment.
