Białystok's Science and Technology Park has awarded a tenant status to 21 companies in Technology Incubator i4 in Technology Centre.

During two rounds of recruitment to Technology Incubator, 21 companies related to modern technologies were awarded a tenants status in BSATP. These companies operate in sectors such as ICT,  Automatic Control Engineering and Robotics, electronics, e-marketing, mobile applications, e-commerce, telecommunications and computer graphics.

The third and the last recruitment will last till the end of March 2013 and is addressed to people who plan to commence business activity and to companies which in the end of the first quarter of 2013 will have been operating on market no longer than three years.

The new tenants in Technology Centre are four companies related to IT services in financial sector, software development and data processing. At the moment 150 sq m of free space are left in the Centre. Companies that conduct innovative business activities based on new technologies may become its new tenants.

In addition, Białystok's Science and Technology Park obtained two tenants to its laboratories. The Medical University of Białystok will benefit from the Medical Imaging Laboratory equipped with the diagnostic PET/MR scanner. The University is planning to conduct unique research and development on the world scale. This is the only such scanner in Poland. The Polish Academy of Sciences will be the second tenant and laboratory rooms will be adapted to the needs of Department of Prophylaxis of Metabolic Diseases.

In the end of the second quarter 2013 the first tender of development areas of Białystok's Science and Technology Park will take place. BSATP offers 27 plots of land of total area of 23,1 hectare.
