The Spaczyński, Szczepaniak Associate law office will occupy 443 sqm of Okrąglak surface on the 7th floor. The office building of Immobel company is located in Poznań downtown.
The aim of our law office is to make customers happy. Choosing a new localization of the office, we had in mind their comfort. We are convinced, that the office in Okrąglak, sort of landmark, will fulfill as ours as theirs expectations, said Piotr Spaczyński from the law office, which will move to the office building at the end of May of 2013.
Okrąglak is the first office investment of Immobel company in Poland. The facility was built in 50's designed by Mark Leykam. The building was renovated and rebuilt by Immobel and currently offers modern, energy-saving and pro-environmental surfaces. All investments of the company adhere to BRE requirements, therefore, they can apply for BREEAM certificate.
